Catherine received her Bachelor and Master degrees from Cleveland State University. She attends the Institute of Holistic Health Careers and receives ongoing education and hands on training through The Wellness Institute. Along with being a being a long-time member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and Phi Alpha National Social Work Honour Society, Cathy is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women, National Association of Social Workers, Parma Area Chamber of Commerce and Unite This City. Marian Grisdale

Marian supports emotional wellness through partnering with "Partners for Wellness" clients' challenges the growth, hope and change of many. She works with those who are feeling stuck, confused or in the midst of significant life change. Marian can work well with others to help them let go of painful pasts or to get beyond anxiety and look over to the future. She is well known to use unconditional and supportive approaches to help clientele feel much more empowered than they have in their past. She has 23 years of experience working with a variety of persons whom have been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Bipolar, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. Marian uses a combination of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy.

John Swindell

As a fitness phenom and educator in Health & Fitness at the college level, Professor Swindell originally majored in Heath Education and Psychology at Baldwin-Wallace University. He then achieved his graduate degree at Case Western Reserve University to learn more about Mental Health to help others achieve their personal goals from a broader perspective. This varies from weight loss to drug & alcohol addiction. His continued schooling and experience has paid off as the explosion of opium-based drug use has become a major problem recently in Greater Cleveland. Thankfully his exceptionally higher level of education and extreme motivational speaking ability is there for everyone he works with to help break their addiction.

Bill Defelice

Couselor, MEd

With extensive experience working with Dual Diagnosis patients (both mental health and chemical dependency) and being in the field for over 18 years, counselor Defelice has has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community agencies, prison and inpatient. He has worked with some of the more extreme cases of severe addiction, depression and anxiety along with being a clinical supervisor in teaching students how to provide exceptional treatment. As for Northeast Ohio's extreme addiction issues recently, counselor Defelice has worked with court ordered clients as well as voluntary clients seeking a solution to their addiction and mental health concerns. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisor Designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor he can provide court ordered assessments and provide individual, family, couples and group therapy.
